Guest Policies
- Check-in: After 12:00 PM
- Checkout: Before 10:00 AM Late checkout is available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional charge of 50% of the room rate.
- Identification: A valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- Pets Policy: For hygiene and guest comfort, pets are not allowed within the resort premises.
- Visitor Access: Non-registered visitors may be allowed during the day with prior approval from reception. Overnight stays by non-registered guests are not permitted.
- Pool & Recreational Areas: Use of the swimming pool and play zones is at guests’ own risk. Proper swimwear is required. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
- Alcohol Policy: As per Gujarat State Law, consumption, possession, or distribution of alcohol is strictly prohibited within the resort premises. Guests are requested to respect and comply with state regulations.
- Guest Policies: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Kindly avoid smoking in enclosed public spaces.
- Noise & Conduct: Please help maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all guests.
- Property & Damages: Any loss or damage to resort property caused by guests will be chargeable as per management’s assessment.
